- JazzCash / Easypaisa: 2–3 business days
- Cash on Delivery Orders: 5–7 business days through bank transfer or mobile wallet
Actual processing times may vary depending on banks, payment providers, and financial institutions.
7. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to an error by ZMobiles.pk, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
- If the return is not due to our error, shipping charges may not be refundable.
- Original delivery charges may be deducted where applicable.
8. Warranty Claims

- Warranty claims after the return period must be handled according to the warranty provider's terms.

- Orders already shipped cannot normally be cancelled.
